## Managing File Transfers

### Introduction

This article describes configuration options for controlling file transfer behavior within ScreenMeet sessions. These settings apply only when file transfer is enabled at the session policy level.

### File Transfer Controls

- **File Extension Blacklist:** Specify restricted file types (e.g., `.exe`, `.zip`) to prevent them from being transferred between users and agents.

- **Scan Transferred Files with Antivirus Scanner:** When enabled, all transferred files are automatically scanned for malware.

- Maximum Transfer Size Limit

The total amount of data transferred during any session cannot exceed **2 GB**. This limit applies cumulatively across all files, whether a single large file or multiple smaller files.

Click **Save** to apply changes. Use **Reset to Defaults** to revert all settings.
